Summary/Abstract: This report examines the impact of digitalization on women’s professional development in the European Union. It examines trends in women’s participation in information and communication technologies (ICT), their level of digital skills, opportunities for remote work and professional development, as well as existing challenges related to unequal representation, pay gaps, and limited participation in management positions. This publication presents the results of a study funded by a targeted grant for research at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) under Contract No. NID NI 9/2024, titled: “Digital Nomadism – A Perspective on Flexible Employment for Young People,” 2024.
