Summary/Abstract: he integration of multinational forces into a corps-level headquarters represents a critical element of the RSOM-I process. While NATO and national doctrine provide well-established guidance on Reception, Staging, and Onward Movement, integration is addressed primarily in conceptual terms, leaving commanders and planners with considerable flexibility in its practical application. Building on existing doctrinal foundations, this article proposes a conceptual framework for the integration of multinational forces at the corps level, structured around key capability components including personnel, doctrine, organization, processes, technology, and interoperability. The framework illustrates how a corps headquarters can design, synchronize, and assess integration activities from strategic movement through operational employment. By translating doctrinal intent into an organized planning construct, the proposed framework complements existing NATO guidance and supports commanders and planners in achieving operational readiness and unity of effort across multinational formations. The framework is particularly relevant for contemporary deterrence and defence operations on NATO’s Eastern Flank, where timely force integration and multinational cohesion are essential.
