Summary/Abstract: In the strategic dimension, the modernisation and development of agricultural value chains create the basis for enhancing food security, strengthening economic resilience, and expanding Ukraine’s integration potential within the European economic system. The analysis of recovery priorities, systemic risks and new opportunities made it possible to formulate a comprehensive vision of the future development trajectory for the agricultural sector, which should ensure its technological modernisation, institutional resilience, and long-term global competitiveness. The study also contains practical recommendations on adapting the GRADE methodology for losses assessment, investment prioritisation, and sustainable development planning for the agricultural sector under conditions of uncertainty.
