Summary/Abstract: Online education has become a key element of labour market resilience in the face of crises (e.g. war and demographic change). This study examines the strategic role of digital learning in mitigating challenges in Ukraine’s labour market. Research results demonstrate that online education supports reskilling, reduces competency gaps, and increases worker adaptability. Employers increasingly appreciate lifelong learning, yet have concerns about programmes’ quality, alignment with market needs, and low learner’s motivation. In this research, the structural barriers are identified, including poor digital infrastructure, a lack of credential recognition, and low employer engagement, along with opportunities such as public–private partnerships, cost-effective training, and workforce reintegration. On the basis of the study, recommendations are presented: how to enhance the quality, accessibility, and labour market alignment of online education in Ukraine and similar post-crisis contexts.
