Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on tracing the positions of the Serbian president on key issues addressed in his speeches before the United Nations in 2022 and 2024. It analyzes the context, objectives, tone, and messages conveyed by Vučić in both official statements, while examining shifts in his political attitudes and behavior that influence Serbia’s positioning with respect to Russia, the European Union, Western powers, and its aspiration to pursue an independent, neutral political course.
