Summary/Abstract: This report examines the crisis of party-ideological representation in the context of the liberal order after the so-called “end of history” formulated by F. Fukuyama. The presentation is structured in three parts: 1) Theoretical framework of the problem; 2) Crisis of parliamentary representation after 1990. Social faults; 3) Parliamentary fragmentation (current European examples). The main conclusion is drawn in the conclusion that the crisis of political representation is not a temporary phenomenon, but a structural result of globalization under American (Western) hegemony, accompanied by growing economic inequality and cultural fragmentation in post-democratic societies.
