Summary/Abstract: The report highlights and emphasizes the systemic manifestations of various institutional deficits and conflicts in the Bulgarian democracy. They give rise to crisis processes that permanently delegitimize and discredit the parliamentary regime of government. The thesis is defended that institutional conflicts and crises are the result both of the loss of public support and legitimacy, and of an internal process of delegitimization of the institutions themselves caused by their actions and relationships.
