Summary/Abstract: Europe’s strongest economies – Germany, France and Italy – are facing a period of economic stagnation marked by weak growth, declining productivity, and structural imbalances. Once engines of innovation and industrial strength, these nations now struggle with aging populations, energy dependencies, and the lingering effects of inflation and global instability. Slow adaptation to technological change and shifting trade dynamics has further constrained competitiveness. The stagnation of these key economies not only threatens Europe’s overall economic vitality but also raises broader concerns about social stability, political cohesion, and the continent’s ability to maintain influence in an increasingly multipolar world.
