Summary/Abstract: One of the main problems that our society faces is the treatment of incapable people. It is very important to interfere just to help and support in a very organized way the handicap children in our country. The big decider to withdraw the barriers that causes the handicap it is closely related to the idea of human’s rights and those people that have been harmed. No one can live as a human being, when the human rights and freedom are not respected. These groups of people have the same rights with all the other citizens. Being incapable to learn is affected by the difficulties in acquiring, mental content and from hyperactivity that is associated with the absence of concentration and communication, aggressivity and many other emotional and depressive problems. It values the importance to acknowledge the person’s intelligence rank, this related to many biological, social and environmental and educational factors. To improve the conditions and these difficulty in acquiring and everything related to this an important role has the teachers. Insisting in realization of all included in the lesson by combating the hidden abandonment. Motivating the pupils by finding different working ways to encourage the decider of being active during the lesson. So, it’s very important to have a very effective collaboration between teachers and parents in order that all these children must feel equal in every educational atmosphere. This will directly influence in the improvement of their state and in the socialization that is a very important element.
