Summary/Abstract: The report examines the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Kansai, and the ways in which it contributes to the popularization of Japan’s concept of Society 5.0. The focus of the report are the two pavilions – PASONA NATUREVERSE and Future City. Data was gathered personally by the author as an official participant in the Expo during the month of July via pavilion visits and interviews with pavilion staff and the deputy pavilion director of Future City. The aim is to showcase the ways in which the ideas and prototypes exhibited in the pavilions could help create value in everyday life and contribute towards a more sustainable human society.
