Summary/Abstract: The integration of Artificial Intelligence systems in Human Resources procedures has been associated with a restructuring of the hiring process, employee management, and performance evaluation. However, the use of AI is also associated with many challenges, including the ethical use of these systems. The process of automating human resource management through the use of AI systems certainly provides effective and objective results. Still, on the other hand, it is also associated with questions about whether these systems make a fair and transparent assessment and, above all, ensuring data privacy. The study provides an overview of the ethical use of AI in human resource management systems, placing emphasis mainly on preserving data privacy, reliability, and transparency. This study emphasizes the need to adhere to ethical practices when using AI systems in human resource management in order to provide reliable and fair data management.
