Summary/Abstract: In the last year, a few changes have been made to the law in Bulgaria regarding the raising of children by divorced parents, with the main emphasis being on the conditions and quality of life of children. This is an issue that is widely discussed in society but has received limited research in academic circles. This study examines the relationships between family type and variables representing the opportunities of households with children in Bulgaria.
