Its aim is to analyze key changes in employment, living standards, and social structure, identifying both positive outcomes and ongoing challenges. The methodology combines analysis of statistical data, official reports, and EU programs. Findings reveal improved employment and living conditions but persistent regional disparities and brain drain. The conclusion highlights that sustainable development depends on targeted policies for human capital and balanced utilization of EU funds.
