Summary/Abstract: The report examines the possibilities for building a new financial architecture within the BRICS framework. The main goal is to analyze the group’s pursuit of greater financial independence and the reduction of its reliance on the US dollar, known as „de-dollarization.” For this purpose, the report applies analytical and comparative methods, drawing on recent data and examples. The analysis shows that BRICS is strengthening its economic influence, but the idea of a common currency remains a challenge. In conclusion, it is noted that this process could contribute to a more balanced global financial system.
