Summary/Abstract: In the context of globalization, multicultural environments are becoming increasingly important for the success of European and international projects. Developing intercultural competence and empathy is not only crucial soft skill but also strategic indicator of effectiveness. This study analyzes theoretical models and practical examples, emphasizing the need to formalize cultural intelligence and intercultural communication as key success factors. Indicators for measuring communication efficiency, adaptation, and satisfaction are proposed, contributing to more effective management and implementation of international initiatives.
