Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the evolution and strategic trends in the United States’ foreign trade policy over the past decade. A comparative and historical analysis was employed to assess the policies of the Trump and Biden administrations. The results indicate a shift from aggressive protectionism to strategic industrialism, while maintaining a focus on national security. The findings emphasize that economic resilience and technological independence are key priorities. The applicability of the study relates to the development of effective trade strategies and the adaptation of national policies in the context of geopolitical competition.
