Summary/Abstract: In our time, it is not just difficult, but impossible to imagine life without social networks that affect not only the individual, but also business. The most popular, business-oriented social network is LinkedIn. It is not only the most established platform, but also the only professional social network of its kind. Above all, LinkedIn can be defined as an event that supports business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Created as a platform connecting employers and job candidates, today LinkedIn represents a community of professionals from different social and professional sectors who can communicate with each other. Last but not least, LinkedIn is also a unique place for selling products and services, but under strict rules, requiring compliance with certain conditions and applying a specific and adapted approach by marketers.
