Summary/Abstract: In today's dynamic and rapidly changing environment, agility remains a key capability for the survival of any organisation that wants to develop sustainably, expand its opportunities, increase its competitiveness, and achieve long-term success. Organisations are increasingly seeking to implement agile practices that help meet customer expectations in a timely manner and maintain their market positions. However, improper application of this approach can do more harm than good. This necessitates an assessment of project agility in order to identify areas for improvement. This report presents the concept and implementation of a pilot tool for this purpose.
