Summary/Abstract: This article examines the key challenges faced by project teams in terms of implementing change and highlights the role of the structured process management. The focus is on presenting models applicable at the project team level that support change management and facilitate transition. These include Kotter’s model which focuses on change management through eight steps, Rising and Manns’ model which complements this process with a more flexible approach, Kurt Lewin’s three-step change management model, ADKAR and others. An integrated approach is proposed that can ensure a more effective transition and achievement of the set objectives.
