Summary/Abstract: This paper represents a theoretical-methodological exploration of the changes that have occurred in human resource management as a result of the use of information technologies. Thus, the purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities of reshaping the processes related to human resource management within companies due to the use of information technologies. In the context of digitalization, almost all organizational processes have undergone significant changes and adjustments, and human resource management has also followed a trend of process reshaping and integration of new information technologies. Therefore, both the conceptual approaches to human resource management and the possibilities of aligning HRM processes with the digitalization initiative have been analyzed. The methodology was carefully selected and focused on the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative method, graphical representation, tabular representation, etc. In conclusion, it can be stated that the human resource management of organizations must continuously align with the digitalization process and leverage the opportunities provided by the integration of new information technologies in order to improve employee performance, increase the quality of HRM processes, and enhance employee satisfaction.
