Summary/Abstract: The paper represents a theoretical and methodological foray into the most important approaches to the analysis of labor remuneration systems used in enterprises. Thus, the most important conceptual approaches to labor remuneration systems, their typology and their effectiveness in enterprises are reviewed. In addition, the forms of rewards were analyzed, as well as the factors that influence their size in enterprises. As a result, the research methodology focused on the use of multiple research methods, such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, comparison, graphic, tabular method. In conclusion, we can highlight that each enterprise designs its own labor remuneration systems depending on the capacity and development potential of the enterprise.
