Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the concept of „borderless learning” in contemporary education, emphasizing the importance of „transdisciplinarity” and „cultural diversity.” In a globalized world, this educational approach promotes the integration of knowledge from various fields and cultivates an inclusive environment in which students can learn from each other, respecting and understanding diverse cultural perspectives. „Cultural diversity” is considered essential in education, contributing to the development of intercultural competences and preparing students for the challenges of a global society. The article discusses the benefits of this diversity, such as increasing empathy and enriching the educational experience, but also the challenges related to language barriers and differences in learning styles. In this context, technology plays an important role, facilitating intercultural communication and access to diverse educational resources. Another central point of the paper is the integration of „transdisciplinary approaches", which combine knowledge from various disciplines to address complex problems from a holistic perspective.
