Summary/Abstract: The educational process is an instructive-educational activity, systematically organized and carried out by the teacher in an organized institutional framework, providing students with a volume of knowledge, skills, capacities and competences in order to train them in accordance with the requirements of the educational ideal. By teaching is meant the activity of the teacher with the students, usually organized in the school, through which a certain content is transmitted to them. The teaching style reflects the way of organizing and leading the educational process, it represents the way of organizing and leading the educational process, it represents the way of working with students. An effective teacher develops his own teaching style, influencing how students relate to learning.
