Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the educational inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN) in light of the new regulations adopted in the Republic of Moldova in 2025. It explores theoretical foundations, the evolution from integration to inclusion, and the updated legal framework that defines school responsibilities. The study outlines pedagogical principles underpinning authentic inclusive practice and describes the role of multidisciplinary teams and Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs). Key challenges such as human and material resources, attitudes, and organizational barriers are discussed, with practical recommendations offered to strengthen support mechanisms. Conclusions emphasize the need for coherent action, continuous teacher training, meaningful parent partnership, and ongoing evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
