Summary/Abstract: Short analysis of the challenges which a lending company could head when try to realize a business expansion abroad. For example is used Access Finance – company with Bulgarian capitals which already operates on some European markets and started the process of business expansion out of Europe. Some challenges and bring to the fore, including the way how the company has solved them.
