Summary/Abstract: Under today‘s socio-economic conditions, the financial sustainability of enterprises emerges as an ever deepening problem. It is known from the theory and practice of economic analysis that there are possibilities for forecasting the financial sustainability. One of these possibilities is the application of specialized (analytical) models constructed through discriminant analysis. The specific features of a given business environment necessitate not only the use of existing models, but also the construction of new analytical models. The indicated need is the main reason why in the present paper emphasis is placed on the consideration of a methodology for constructing analytical models for assessing the financial sustainability of enterprises.
