Summary/Abstract: The adoption of innovations in the agricultural sector of both Bulgaria and Europe is a slow and difficult process. Substantial efforts are needed now to enforce the results of scientific achievements as practices in agriculture. The policies created by the low union and implemented by the current states regarding the implementation of innovations and increase the competitiveness in the agrarian sector with a good perspective and give a right development path for the participants in this process. The main objective of the report is to analyze the policies and their applicability in the field of innovation in agriculture and to bring out the opportunities and perspectives for the producers.
