Summary/Abstract: In light of the changes in the levels of inflation over the past 2 years, this paper studies the dynamics of the total and industry-level labour productivity and compensation of employees in three Balkan countries over the 2010–2022 period. The analysis uncovers certain specifics in the variations of the main indicators by country that reveal the overall state of their labour markets and could serve to partially explain the differences between the inflation processes in each country.
