Summary/Abstract: The article examines the role of creative writing in the development of students’ personalities and in the formation of their cognitive, communicative, and professional competences. It demonstrates that creative writing serves as an effective means of fostering critical and creative thinking, self-expression, and self-reflection within the context of higher education. The study analyzes the psycholinguistic and pedagogical potential of this approach, as well as methodological strategies for its implementation in the teaching of foreign languages and humanities The findings confirm the significance of creative writing in enhancing students’ creative thinking and in developing their professional and communicative culture.
