Summary/Abstract: The psychological aspect of the teacher-student relationship comes to complete the vast horizon of knowledge of the teacher of musical instrument, being a useful element in the difficult work with the disciple and the honing of the artistic abilities of the instructor. Of great importance are the psychic and behavioral phenomena, the article elucidating the processes of knowledge, training and interpretation. The concern of the education and the teacher of the musical instrument is to refine the negative features and to activate the positive ones.
