Summary/Abstract: Education and vocational training in the current context are essential for adapting to the rapid changes in learning, the economy, and technology. The role of education is becoming increasingly important, especially for people with motor impairments, as the labor market requires numerous specialized skills and enhanced adaptability to ongoing changes. Modern strategies focus on the development of digital skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities, promoting continuous learning and practical experiences through internships, apprenticeships, and direct collaboration with the business sector. Partnerships between educational institutions, companies, and public authorities play a key role, facilitating the rapid integration of young people and adults into both the national and international labor markets. Thus, education and vocational training in the current context support economic resilience and long-term competitiveness. However, the changes occurring in the educational climate have also brought modifications to the legislative framework that governs the entire educational process.
