Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the theoretical concept of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) interrogations as part of Intelligence defence operation activity carried out under NATO Article V conditions and applicable Geneva Conventions. The proposed solution introduces organizational and functional elements for captured persons' interrogation and reflects an example of interrogation centre arrangement at the division and corps level during the military conflict.
