Summary/Abstract: Globalization has increased the demand for international projects, where teams, stakeholders, and resources span multiple countries. While offering unparalleled opportunities, managing such projects comes with unique challenges, including cultural diversity, regulatory differences, and logistical complexities. The present paper is aimed at drawing some features of international project management and at identifying challenges multicultural settings pose.
