Summary/Abstract: A significant breakthrough in the practical applications of artificial intelligence occurred in the mid-1970s, when the idea of modeling the concrete knowledge of specialists–experts–replaced the search for a universal algorithm of human thinking. This shift led to the development of tools and software systems where knowledge became the essential component. People have enhanced the power of computer systems in terms of their various fields of activity, increasing speed and reducing size over time. This study aims to highlight the role of voice assistants and to identify future trends and opportunities arising from the progress of AI in digital marketing. Emerging technologies such as natural language processing, image recognition, chatbots, and voice assistants have immense potential. By analyzing their impact, we can anticipate how they will reshape marketing strategies and customer engagement. Furthermore, this research will examine how voice assistants and AI can influence marketing and underscore the need for professionals to adapt and improve their skills to keep up with changes in the field.
