Summary/Abstract: This paper summarizes the criteria for artificial intelligence systems categorization as posing unacceptable or high risk, establishing a correlation between the potential risk and the corresponding protected right. The paper further examines the obligations imposed on business entities as well as the potential sanctions resulting from non-compliance.
