Summary/Abstract: The report contains short historic overview of the development of the regulation of the public consultations in the administrative rulemaking procedure in the Republic of Bulgaria. Main focus is the critical analysis of the legal institute, clarification of the differences in the regulation of the administrative rulemaking procedure before the different administrative authorities and municipal councils and de lege ferenda proposals for improvement of the regulation.
