Summary/Abstract: The research examines the developing hybrid threat environment of the digital age through an examination of France's national cybersecurity strategy and its reaction to increasing cyber threats. The present analysis studies the modern conflict transformation which resulted from the combination of cyber operations with disinformation and economic disruption. It is an evaluation of France's institutional cybersecurity system together with its strategic plan and European regulatory compliance while pinpointing current system weaknesses. Ransomware attacks on French hospitals demonstrate hybrid threats in practice while showing the government's reaction to these incidents. The article finishes by emphasizing the need for resilience alongside strategic coordination and societal awareness as essential defenses against complex ambiguous forms of aggression.
