Summary/Abstract: Music competes with other arts and sciences in the formation of the human spirit, it offers receptivity, sensitivity, grace, thus it is shaped between the component of education and culture. For this reason, I elucidate some historical and conceptual aspects made from the perspective of implementing the individual framework plan for institutions with a musical-choral profile, emerging through an art education system, a field outlined as a native musical-choral system providing students with a musical education based on the field of choral/vocal performance and instrumental performance, who reach the age of over 45, grounded in the general education system (general culture schools) in the country.
