Summary/Abstract: The declaration of the Pan-Serbian Assembly, as a continuation of the great-state policy, has strong implications for political stability, interethnic and interstate relations, as well as the future of the Balkans and beyond. It reflects the continuity of destructive ideologies that have caused enormous damage to the entire region in the past. It represents a new platform for political pressures, territorial claims, and the shaping of narratives that can destabilize all countries in the region, especially Bosnia and Herzegovina. The declaration undermines the fundamental principles on which the EU and the UN are based.
