Summary/Abstract: In the context of increasing energy crises, this study examines the role of global satellite systems (GNSS) in managing energy resources. The aim is to analyze how satellite technologies can optimize monitoring, logistics, and energy distribution during crises. The tasks include a review of the theoretical framework, GNSS applications in the energy sector, case studies from the EU, USA, China, and Bulgaria, as well as challenges and opportunities for integration with AI and IoT. The methodology is based on analysis of historical data, satellite applications, and forecasts. The results show that GNSS improves efficiency and security but requires addressing limitations such as data security. The conclusions emphasize the need for policies for sustainable development. The applicability is in energy policy and crisis management.
