Summary/Abstract: This article examines the impact of integrating a specialized software platform on the management of a football club. The study aims to analyze the effects of implementing the Grafaly system (WebTrade.bg) on the club’s sporting, administrative, financial, and strategic management. A mixed-method approach was applied, combining a case study analysis with a survey-based study. The results indicate that digitalization through locally developed solutions contributes to increased efficiency, transparency, and professionalization of management processes in Bulgarian football clubs.
