Summary/Abstract: Modern student life is dynamic, filled with many challenges and opportunities. Physical education and sports in the higher education system perform important health, educational, professional-applied and social functions. [4] The way young people manage their daily lives affects not only their current health but also their future well-being. In this context, a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, physical activity and avoiding harmful habits, is of key importance. A healthy lifestyle is not just a personal choice, but a social responsibility. As Ivan Vazov notes: „A healthy mind in a healthy body, that’s our motto!“ However, modern students often face challenges that limit the ability to maintain a healthy balance. The busy curriculum, exam stress, and limited financial resources often lead to compromises in the area of health. The aim of this study is to examine the attitude of students from the UNWE and LTU towards health culture, the fight against harmful habits, and their physical activity. To conduct the study, we used a survey method among first and second year students from the University of National and World Economy and the University of Law. The analysis of the results shows that over 60% of the surveyed students know that an active lifestyle has a positive impact on their health. As a result of the research conducted, we can summarize that sports and healthy eating improve physical condition and reduce stress levels.
