Summary/Abstract: The report examines the security challenges during mass sports events and proposes a management model to address them. The aim is to analyze the main risks related to the organization and conduct of sporting events and to present an integrated five-step model combining physical, organizational, and cyber measures. The applied methods include analytical- descriptive analysis, comparative study, expert evaluation, and survey research. The results confirm the need for better coordination between institutions and the implementation of a unified communication and control system. The conclusion highlights the importance of the integrated approach for improving safety and public confidence.
