Summary/Abstract: The „Erasmus+“ Programme provides opportunities for students and academic staff to study and exchange experience across various universities abroad. A study was conducted on the physical fitness and motor activity of female students participating in an Erasmus+ training programme at the University of Social and Medical Sciences in Poland. The aim of the research was to assess the participants’ physical development, functional condition, and physical capacity. The main objectives included the development of an individual protocol with indicators and tests, the implementation of testing and data analysis, and the formulation of conclusions and recommendations. Through anthropometric testing and analysis of indicators related to strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular status, the results demonstrated similarities in height and BMI among the students. Differences in flexibility, left-hand grip strength, and resting heart rate highlighted the need for individualized training programmes.
