Summary/Abstract: This report examines the functionality of reverse logistics as an integral part of logistics activities, with a particular focus on the role of the warehouse in this process. The objective of the study is to present the nature of reverse material flows within supply chains, as well as the challenges associated with their management. Special attention is given to the sustainable development of companies that effectively and efficiently manage reverse flows, and to the competitive advantages that such practices provide.
