Summary/Abstract: In an environment of competition between supply chains, enhancing supply chain competitiveness is becoming increasingly important. The purpose of this report is to propose guidelines for enhancing supply chain competitiveness in Bulgaria, based on empirical data from an author-conducted study. The data were collected from 73 trade enterprises in the country during the period from November 15, 2023, to February 15, 2024, using the survey method. The main findings indicate that enhancing supply chain competitiveness in Bulgaria requires increasing the level of utilization of logistics software within trade enterprises.
