Summary/Abstract: The report aims to assess the current manifestation of some key risk factors in the field of human resources and safety in the logistics sector and to propose appropriate mitigate measures. The research is based on data collected using a survey method from 45 logistics service providers. The data was processed using non-parametric methods for hypothesis testing and descriptive statistics. The study reveals statistically significant differences in risk factors related to human resources and safety, as well as those resulting from labor shortages. These differences disrupt to varying degrees with the timely and coordinated movement of material, information, and financial flows in organizations in the logistics sector with different capital ownership and the supply chains in which they participate during the period 2021 – 2023.
