Summary/Abstract: In the context of accelerated digital transformation and increasing complexity of global supply chains, strategic and tactical procurement require innovative approaches to enhance efficiency, resilience, and adaptability. Transforming big data into business value calls for the use of advanced tools to support decision-making. While automation leads in handling routine and repetitive processes, significant added value is achieved through intelligent analysis and timely information, particularly in strategic and tactical decision-making. The proposed framework employs a hybrid artificial intelligence model in which human expertise and machine predictive power work in synergy, delivering more accurate decisions and greater adaptability in dynamic business environments.
