Summary/Abstract: This report examines the concepts and practices related to energy destinations and energy wellness tourism in Bulgaria. Through a systematic review of scientific and journalistic literature, key natural and cultural-historical sites with heightened “energy” attractiveness (energy destinations) are identified, and traditional spa and wellness resorts that integrate mineral waters, climatotherapy, and contemporary wellness practices (energy wellness tourism) are analyzed. Recommendations are formulated for the strategic development and synergy between these two segments with the aim of enhancing Bulgaria’s competitiveness as a sustainable wellness destination.
