Summary/Abstract: The subject of this study is to provide a medical, financial, and social justification for a school screening model focused on the early detection of skeletal deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis) and overweight among students. The primary focus is shifting the paradigm from reactive to proactive medicine, which improves children's health prognosis. The paper analyzes economic efficiency and examines international screening programs. Public attitude is also explored, reporting 99% support from parents for the introduction of a school screening program for skeletal deformities and overweight. The implementation and sustainable application of such evidence-based and financially justified screening programs can serve as a key tool for planning national health policies and ensuring the full physical development of adolescents.
